Hi, I’m Tanya Wolf – a seasoned UX Design Leader with a passion for blending user-centered design with the transformative power of AI (= Intelligent Experiences). With deep expertise in creating world-class AI-driven experiences, I’ve shaped products used by millions worldwide, combining innovative design with cutting-edge technology.


With 20 years in UX design and branding and a decade of product innovation at Google, I’m committed to creating transformative, end-to-end product experiences that align user needs with business goals. I led global teams to develop Google Assistant on Pixel and Android phones (2019–2024), transformed Google Flights into a top flight-search engine (2017–2019), and, as Design Lead for Google Shopping (2014–2017), redesigned AdWords Shopping campaigns to enhance advertiser experience and drive revenue growth. My track record includes building and leading high-impact, interdisciplinary UX teams across global tech hubs, delivering experiences that resonate across diverse audiences and platforms.


Beyond Google, I co-founded and led WE SHAPE TECH, the Swiss network for diversity in tech. Under my leadership, the network has grown to nearly 2000 members and 8000 followers, hosting 86 events and gaining support from companies like Google, Amazon, and Salesforce.
